We join together with other churches in the Triangle area to invite you to a free community event for ALL AGES on Sunday, September 9. 2018.
Beginning at 2pm, we’ll have games and activities for the kids, like bounce houses, carnival games, 1st Responder vehicle tours, pony rides, arts & crafts, face painting & a whole lot more. Our Bread of Life food truck will also be serving up free hot dogs for the community. Other food trucks will also be on-site in case you wish to purchase food.
Then at 4pm, we'll transition the events to a time of praise & prayer for our community. To kick things off, many voices will join together for a mass Gospel Choir, then shift to a time of prayer for our community, our leaders, our 1st Responders, and our nation. Our special guests include Cary’s Mayor Harold Weinbrecht, representatives of local 1st Responders from our area, pastors from local churches, and even a presentation from NC Lt. Governor, Dan Forest.
Quite simply, the purpose of this event is to share the love of Christ to our neighbors, to bridge faiths across our community, and to pray for an outpouring of God’s protection, provision, healing & grace on our land.
We can't wait to see you!
